Privacy policy
This policy explains how Xrossly handles personal information when you buy from the Xrossly store at shop.xrossly.com. It covers every product in the store. Last updated 21 October 2026.
Who we are
Xrossly. Email info@xrossly.com.
What we collect
At checkout, Hostinger collects your name, email address, and the fact of the order. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. Xrossly does not store your full card number.
If a product needs extra details to make what you ordered, you send those details with the order. For a custom GuestReady Kit, that is a property brief. It can include the property address, check-in instructions, Wi-Fi name and password, house rules, a phone number, and local tips. A later custom product may ask for the details named on that product. Those details are used to deliver that order.
Why we use it
We use this information to take the order, send the receipt, deliver the files or the custom work, make any revision included with that product, handle a refund, and answer a question about that order.
Xrossly does not send marketing email, and checkout does not ask you to join a mailing list. Order and refund emails are about the purchase you made.
We do not sell personal information.
Who else handles it
Hostinger runs the store checkout and the order email. Stripe processes the card payment. They handle the information they need for that work.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for the purchase, a refund, and tax records. Extra details you send for a custom product are kept so we can deliver that order and any included revision, then deleted when they are no longer needed for that order.
Access and correction
Email info@xrossly.com to ask what we hold about you, or to correct it. Wi-Fi passwords, access codes, and similar details from a brief are used only to complete that order. They are not shown on the public store.
