Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from the Xrossly store at shop.xrossly.com. They cover the store, not one product only. Last updated 21 October 2026.

What you are buying

The products for sale are the ones shown on this store when you pay. The price is the Australian dollar price at checkout. The product description states what you receive, whether it is a file you complete yourself or work Xrossly prepares for you, how many revisions are included, and when it is delivered.

A later product added to this store is sold on the same terms. Its own description states anything specific to that product.

Digital files

A download is the files described on that product. You fill them in and publish them yourself unless the description says Xrossly customises them.

Custom work

If a product is made from details you supply, those details must be accurate, and safe and lawful to show the people who will see the finished file. Xrossly delivers in the time stated on the product and includes only the revisions stated there. Xrossly does not visit a property, create a listing on Airbnb, Stayz or any other platform, or certify that a property is safe or lawful to rent.

GuestReady

GuestReady Kit is a custom digital guest guide for one short-term rental. It includes the mobile guide, a QR code, a printable welcome sign, and six guest messages, written from the property brief you submit. One round of corrections is included. Xrossly emails the draft within 3 business days after the brief is complete. A purchase covers one property.

The GuestReady DIY template is the same set of files for you to fill in and publish yourself. Xrossly does not write or revise that version.

You decide when a guide is fit to give to a guest. Replace any example text before you do. Send booking messages inside the platform the guest already booked on.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are on the refunds page.
