Email the order, not a form

Write to info@xrossly.com. Include the order number from the Hostinger receipt if you have one, the property name, and what you need.

You can also reply to the order email. Refund requests are answered within 2 business days, as the refund policy says.

There is no phone line for this shop. Do not send Wi-Fi passwords in a first email unless the message is about a guide that was already ordered.
