What is GuestReady?
A guest guide for one short-term rental: a mobile page, a printable QR welcome sign, and six messages. Sold by Xrossly.
Is it for me?
Yes if you host on Airbnb, Stayz, or another short-stay platform and you want those answers in one place. One purchase is one property.
What do I get?
The guide, the sign, and the messages. The custom kit is written for you. The DIY template is the same set of files for you to fill in. See the example.
Do I need Canva or another app?
No. The DIY pack runs in a browser. The custom kit arrives by email. You do need somewhere to publish the guest page if you want the QR code to open it.
Do I have to create an account?
Not on this shop. Checkout is Hostinger’s page and the card is taken by Stripe. Use an email you can read, because the receipt goes there.
How long does the custom kit take?
The draft is emailed within 3 business days after the property brief is complete. One revision is included.
What if a detail is wrong?
A detail you supplied is corrected in the included revision. If the draft ignores the brief, misses a part, or is not sent in time, that is covered by the refund policy.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
On the DIY template, a change of mind after a working download is not refunded. On the custom kit, you can cancel for a full refund before work on the draft starts. Australian Consumer Law rights stay in place.
Will this increase bookings or reviews?
That is not promised. The review message asks for an honest review and says there is no discount or gift.
Is the example a real property?
No. Example Bay Cottage, the lockbox code and the phone number are fictional.
